About The Position: They are seeking to hire a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide direct, therapeutic services to our clients. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic clinician to join our team. An ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of Maryland . We are looking for therapists that are detail-oriented, client-focused, professional and able to work with a team remotely. In the current climate, telehealth services have become common and have allowed us to continue to provide necessary services to our clients. We have a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform that is used to deliver quality telehealth services. An ideal candidate will be able to provide quality services through a telehealth platform.
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Schedule: 5 Hours a week, Flexibile
Work Model: Hybrid
Salary: Fee-for-service (per client/session payment)- NEGOTIABLE
Type of Employment: Long-term 1099 Contract Role
Citizenship: US Citizen
Main Responsibilities: (Additional day-to-day will be discussed during the interview process.)
Conduct psychotherapy and behavioral health sessions using our HIPAA-compliant virtual platform
Consult with interdisciplinary team, where necessary
Complete client notes and treatment plans in our EMR system (Electronic Medical Record) system
Maintain at least a caseload of minimum 5 clients weekly
Attend monthly staff meeting (virtual)
Interview process:
First interview- (virtual) with our Hiring Specialist
Interviews Two - Five with our client and their team, virtual meetings
Final step- Onboarding (will take about a week to complete; The credentialing onboarding can take about a few weeks)
Start Date: June
Requirements Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as either of the following:
LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist
LMSWs, LGPCs also considered
Must have experience providing telehealth services
· Must have experience providing telehealth services
· Must possess personal computer
· Must have experience providing direct, therapeutic service to children, adolescents, and/or adults
