About the Role:

Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise subcontractor activities and daily work

Lead safety and quality control on site

Manage scheduling of materials and inspections

Maintain a professional, organized, and safe jobsite

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of construction superintendent experience

Expertise reading and executing construction plans

Strong communicator and team leader
