ESC's premier client is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join their financial services marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, email campaigns, event marketing management, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute with excellence, utilizing tools like Salesforce, Airtable, and Asana to manage projects effectively. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at engaging c-suite and senior decision-makers through personalized and targeted initiatives. Join our clients' team and take ownership of innovative marketing initiatives that drive engagement and performance in the financial services sector. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to engage c-suite and senior decision-makers through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few initiatives.

Engage customers using tailored marketing channels such as webinars, direct mail, third-party events, and first-party executive engagement events.

Manage relationships with internal marketing, sales, sales enablement, and product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners, to define, manage, and prioritize work.

Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.

Take ownership of end-to-end processes for the financial services marketing team, ensuring all aspects of campaign development and execution are managed effectively.

Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing campaigns.

1-2 years of experience in email campaigns.

1-2 years of experience in event marketing management.

2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns.

1-2 years of experience in developing webinars.

1-2 years of experience in executive engagement programs.

Demonstrated strategic thought leadership and ability to execute with excellence.

Proficiency with Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, or other project management tools.
