Requirements:
Must have over 10 years of IT or D365 experience with specific experience guiding data migration efforts
Ideal candidates will have experience with F&O specific migrations/data sources
Ability to work with both Business and Partner technical teams is essential
Evaluate the current state of data in the source systems and then drive transferring the data accurately and securely, ensuring all elements are included.
Understanding the data structure in both source and target systems and working with the team to extract the necessary information, and map it appropriately.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and part of a team are very important for this role.
Work closely with business/IT subject matter experts to derive data extraction and mapping requirements from overall business requirements.
Ensure that extracts are thorough and accurate.
Develop process to clean up data inconsistencies in preparation for load into target system.
Develop playbook that standardizes the data migration approach including working with Business/IT leads on a validation and approval process.
