The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Product Owner to support Workflow/ Business Process Management, with the opportunity to work remotely. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing a product backlog for an Agile development team based on an established roadmap for workflow implementation and maintenance across our Workplace Solutions business. Working in partnership with cross-functional teams to understand customer and business needs, you’ll work closely with the software engineering teams to implement.

What you'll be doing

Leading the implementation of workflow maintenance, enhancements and builds

Defining User Stories that will be implemented by an Agile software development team

Continuously prioritizing the product backlog to ensure that the Agile software development team is focused on the highest value work

Coordinating with other Product Owners and team members to manage dependencies across teams

Partnering with Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and current or emerging trends to refine the longer-term roadmap

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

3 - 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in Product Ownership / Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or other Agile-related role within a development team that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.

Proven track record as a strong collaborator and communicator

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

Nice-to-haves:

Product Owner or other Agile certification(s)

Experience working on enterprise-scale workflow systems

Experience with Group / Employee Benefits and/ or Retirement Plan products

Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
