Position Description

Are you passionate about driving business growth and enabling organizations to optimize their inventory management and supply chain operations? Look no further! Mojix is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and spearhead the sales efforts of our cutting-edge SaaS enterprise software RFID solutions. You will be responsible for managing sales for US and Latam.

How you'll make an impact:

* Proactively seek and engage new customers through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into successful business partnerships.

* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their pain points and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

* Responsible for structuring successful proposals/RFP responses/demos/POCs/Pilots, by leveraging internal resources (Presales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing) that lead to help drive engagement and feature adoption.

* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Mojix's SaaS and RFID software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position Mojix as a leader in the space.

* Identify upsell opportunities leveraging our software and services to deliver measurable results.

* Secure a high level of client retention through responsive and proactive account management

What we're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

* Proven experience in a sales or technical role, with a focus on SAAS RFID solutions.

* Strong understanding of RFID technology, applications, and market trends.

* Must be Fluent in Spanish and English at business level ( reading, writing and speaking ).

* Strong knowledge and understanding of inventory management, product information management, and supply chain operations. Familiarity with related software solutions is highly desirable.

* Demonstrated success in driving enterprise software sales, preferably in the SaaS domain. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* HUNTER MENTALITY with strong business acumen and experience running full-lifecycle sales.

* Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Strong business acumen and the capability to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

* Highly polished and professional - both in demeanor and appearance.

* Collaborative and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Passionate about driving results and exceeding customer expectations

* Flexible and adaptable to changing products, trends, methods, and procedures in a highly competitive environment.

* Familiar with Salesforce CRM software

* Familiar with Google drive
