As a Strong Lead OCM, you will play a crucial role in driving successful change management strategies for our clients' Workday projects. You will be responsible for leading and executing change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing user adoption of Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for Workday projects
- Lead and support project teams in executing change management strategies
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify change readiness
- Create communication plans to engage and inform stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field is a big plus!
- Proven experience in leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably in Workday projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Workday certification is a plus
