SUMMARY: The Director of Informatics provides leadership for Healthcare Technologies Solutions strategy and daily operations of its information systems, including the HTS computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). This critical role must ensure that the CMMS system is designed and performs for our customer and operations in a manner that is compliant with requirements of The Joint Commission, CAP, DNV, CLIA, AOA, NFPA 99, State and other agencies and to provide needed information to all HTS employees and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct both strategic and daily operations of Informatics personnelResponsible for all matters related to the businesses computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Act a subject matter expert on CMMS system.Continuous evaluation of software market and current program to ensure system is responsive to business municate and drive enhancement and interfaces for CMMSImplement new HTS initiatives into CMMS Software (i.e. regulatory changes, reporting, enhancements, etc.)Provide training to operations personnel as requiredSupport new client Start Up TeamsInventory data management and integration into CMMS system.Manage Crothall HTS SharePoint PortalEnsure key business content is available to HTS.Update with the latest HTS news/ training/ presentations.Manage HTS Team DriveInterface with appropriate internal HTS groups (i.e., TRC, Compliance, Sales, Capital Planning, Field Service Support) Prepares department budgets to deliver top and bottom-line objectives in accordance with P&Ls.Develops dynamic staffing model to reflect business needs.QUALIFICATIONS: P&L experience. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare support services management. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare CMMS support. Proven ability to develop and implement new business models in the healthcare support services markets Experienced in successful resolution of complex problems under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience Must be able to successfully complete criminal background checks (State and Federal) and drug screenings. Extensive travel may be required in this position.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or healthcare administrative field, or equivalent degree or experience. Proven ability to manage a PUTER SKILLS:Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint.
