About the role

As a CBRE Real Estate Manager, you will lead all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial office properties and coordinate all operations, financial and marketing activities.

What youll do

+ Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.

+ Ensure periodic regular property inspection. Recommend and/or approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed.

+ Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department and acts as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives as being met. At owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualify and show space to prospective tenants, and negotiate new leases and lease renewals.

+ Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports, including monthly and quarterly financial reports.

+ Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, forecasts management plans, and explain variances.

+ Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms, prepare all required legal notices, and coordinate legal action as needed.

+ Review, prepare, and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.

+ Provide lease analysis for client's review and approval. Negotiate early terminations of leases.

+ Provide formal supervision to individual employees. Recommend staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Handle performance appraisal for staff. Mentor and coach team members to further develop proficiencies. Model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

What youll need

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-yea **r** college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Medical Office Building experience a plus.

+ Real estate license required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.

+ Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

+ Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to critical issues.

+ Developed knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts high level financial analysis.

+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret intricate documents. Ability to resolve problems involving several options in situations.

+ Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

*California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Real Estate Manager position is $100,000 - $115,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
