Production Operations Lead - US Production Team_

Coppell

Position Overview

The Production Operations Lead plays a vital role in facilitating production workstreams by liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This position provides administrative support for Production Leadership, ensuring operational efficiency while Driving Results through meticulous record-keeping, timely task completion, and proactive support for team members. The Production Operations Lead will report to the Director, Production Operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

Administrative

• Provide administrative and project-based support to the Production Operations department.

• Update Sharepoint project folders with quotes, purchase orders and associated financial files.

• Manage information flow cross-departmentally.

• Open, maintain, process, and track purchase orders for all Production-billed events and update Smartsheet records accordingly.

• Support Event Production and Project Management teams with sourcing and setting up new vendors/part time team members.

• Assist Director, Production of Operations with completion and analysis of the Expense Tracker tool for Producer-Led events as necessary.

• Support Director, Production Operations assembling prior-month performance data and future forecast information for Production’s monthly financial operations meeting.

• Assist with managing monthly revenue (actuals) closing reports to include reconciling previous month's accruals and current month credits.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Dir, Production Operations.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

• Works well both independently and as a team player.

• Works well under pressure.

• Strong Organizational and Data Processing skills.

• Ability to multitask.

• Microsoft Office 365 experience required.
