We are looking for: The UX Project Manager will be a strategic partner in refining and driving the client’s UX initiatives. This role will partner with leads in driving annual and quarterly planning, and own team communications. They will also be an ambassador for cross-functional partners outside the UX organization, building and maintaining key relationships to help the program run smoothly. This is a temporary full time position that is expected to run through December 2024 with possibility of extension. Job Responsibilities: Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to make sure the UX team is enabled to create excellent user experiences, and make the most impact, at scale. Act as point of contact and project partner for Marketing, Legal, Product Managers, and Digital counterparts. Deliver work in a way that builds trust across teams such as Engineers, PMs, Marketing, and across functions within UX, connecting all groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for. Partner on the management of the approval and launch process, working closely with PM & UX partners. Collaborate with UX team leadership in defining team priorities including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes. Provide clear communication to team leads regarding program status, resource requirements, risks, and priorities. Proactively identify issues, and create plans to sustainably resolve them. Perform strategic analyses that translate data into actionable insights, influence stakeholders, and develop execution plans. Drive creative team operations including artist budgets, Yoodle team allocation, artist and vendor engagement, and production scheduling. Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of years of experience in program management Ability to establish trusted relationships and coordinate alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders Demonstrated process improvement experience and accomplishments. Experience with influencing organizational change to implement a process. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a changing environment. Thrives when challenged with vague/undefined program/project scope and can utilize data when proposing solutions for operational initiatives. Has worked with creative teams and managed delivery schedules, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable Previous experience in an agency setting and with client or account management. Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
