Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join a team innovating and building software that provides structural modeling and engineering capabilities for the commercial construction industry.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for all phases of the software development life cycle, including research, design, analysis, requirements, implementation, test automation, and maintenance
Lead, mentor, and coach junior developers
Code, test, document, configure, and debug systems using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, jQuery, Telerik, SQL Server
Collaborate with teams responsible for requirements, development, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and fulfill business needs
Help drive CI/CD strategies
Work in an Agile software development environment
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong software development and software engineering background
Experience working with and developing web based applications
Experience with Microsoft technology including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with Azure or AWS hosting
Experience with microservices architecture
Proficiency with mathematics including differential equations and/or structural engineering principles
Experience working in an Agile development environment
