Park Place Finance, a 17 year old leading nationwide private mortgage lender based in downtown Austin, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director / Corporate Recruiter. Park Place Finance offers competitive compensation, 100% paid company paid health insurance, and a 401k match.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years HR experience building out processes, automation within the human resources and recruiting fields. This is an in-office position based in our corporate office in downtown Austin.
The daily tasks for our HR Director include:
Assist with creating HR policies and processes
Assist with running payroll, commissions and employee benefits management
Assist with posting positions and interviewing / screening initial candidates
Assist with onboarding / offboarding employees
Assist with creating manuals to help
Our ideal candidate will have experience with:
Experience Recruiting ideally within the real estate or mortgage fields
Experience with employee benefits
Experience creating HR manuals and policies
Ability to multitask
Must be based in Austin or be willing to relocate to Austin
2+ years HR director experience
College Degree strongly preferred but not required
