As a **SRE Lead - Toil Analysis** , you will be responsible for driving and implementing initiatives to reduce toil and improve overall system reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for process automation, enabling teams to focus on innovation and strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for toil analysis and automation
+ Identify areas of high toil within the infrastructure and prioritize them for intervention
+ Design and implement automated solutions to reduce toil and increase system reliability
+ Develop metrics and reports to measure the impact of toil reduction efforts
+ Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development
+ Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in SRE and automation
**Requirements**
+ 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud solutions and reliability engineering
+ Previous experience in a leadership role within a Site Reliability Engineering team
+ Proven track record of improving system reliability and reducing operational overhead through automation
+ Strong understanding of SRE principles and best practices
+ Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Go, or Ruby
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
