Description:
We are looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 2+ years of Oracle HCM experience including a minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation. They must be able to provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across a number of industry sectors and ensure the delivery of excellence across the team.
Qualifications/Experience
Candidates will demonstrate a successful track record of the following:Creation and delivery of Cloud HCM solutions to complex business problems.Project delivery including Design, Prototype & Build, Test, Rollout and SupportAdvising clients on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, implementation and process improvementWorkshop and Training facilitationDelivery of all supporting documentationSupport development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and documentationSupporting pre-sales, integration and data migration work streamsExperience of implementation methodologies such as Cloud Application Services (CAS) and OUM
Skills/Requirements:Business Systems or Computing degree or equivalent2+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in complex programmesExperience with implementing Oracle HCM Core.Exposure and understanding of Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits Cloud is advantageousStrong knowledge on HR ProcessesThe ability to work under-pressure and respond positively to challenging situationsCustomer focussed, excellent problem solving and analytical skillsSupporting and the ability to build relationships with UK Accelalpha team, clients and customersWorking practices would be to support global clients and working hoursAbility to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environmentExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is advantageousAbility to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallelExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsSecurity Clearance is a plus or the ability to achieve itOracle Implementation Certification is advantageous
