Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Territory: CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX
Compensation: $70K-$90K base + quarterly and annual bonus

Summary: This position will join our regional sales team and report to the President. As a Regional Sales Manager the primary responsibility of this position will be to open new business accounts, manage sales reps, increase market penetration, and exceed monthly sales goals. Direct interaction with potential and existing customers is required at all levels to build, maintain, and strengthen existing accounts. This position must have the ability to travel in territory as required.
Qualifications The right candidate must be self-motivated, self-discipline, goal driven and have integrity.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of sales experience in the Plastic Fitting or related plumbing or irrigation industry.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills in person and over the phone.
Traveling within the assigned region is required to promote the company brand, seek new customers, understand their needs and requirements, build a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms in accordance with company policy and most importantly close the deal.
Maintain constant contact and follow up with sales rep and potential customers.
Have tactful skills and excellent service to close deals and set up new business accounts.
