**About this role**
We are currently seeking a **BI** **Delivery Manager** specializing in **technology delivery** to join our JLL Technologies **Core Products** **Client Delivery** team. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the implementation and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions for new and existing clients and account teams, ensuring that these products meet the required needs and are delivered timely and within budget.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and execution for JLL clients to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. This includes managing all phases of service delivery for projects, from analysis and design, through configuration and build, testing, training, and deployment.
**What this job involves**
As a **Client BI Delivery Manager** at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for
* Evaluating complex requirements among multiple stakeholders and interprets requirements needed to complete deliverable
* Creating initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work
* Creating and managing delivery control documentation, including requirements documentation, work plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and knowledge transfer plans
* Engaging with senior business leadership to ensure product delivery meets business needs
* Coordinating across JLLT and Business to ensure seamless delivery for client
* Managing support team, including analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testers
* Managing project budgets
* Managing and reporting delivery risks and issues
* Managing change control process
* Managing user acceptance testing and release plans
* Managing communications with stakeholders, business transition team, and business and IT management
* Participating in business-led change management processes
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of customer segments and customer needs
* Maintaining thorough understanding of product features and functionality
* Overseeing application configuration and support while liaising with architecture, infrastructure, and engineering
* Assisting in documenting business needs and identifying appropriate technology solutions
* Assisting in defining and documenting functional and technical requirements and assist in defining business requirements

* IT Project management w/concentration on software delivery management
* Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications
* Demonstrated expertise in Business Intelligence tools

* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously

* Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
***Education and experience***
* Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
* PMI or equivalent certification preferred
* Six Sigma certification or exposure preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
* Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT programs
* Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
* Experience in real estate Industry a plus
