Qualifications
About you
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Formal business qualification e.g. MBA or Master's degree
• Extensive experience in commercial, sales & marketing within Defense & Commercial Aerospace sector with major OEM
• Global account management experience
• Significant Profit and Loss (P&L) management
• People management and leadership experience
Competencies and Behaviors:
• Excellent customer relationship management skill
• Excellent commercial acumen including negotiation and financial P&L management
• Strong leadership and influencing skill
