– Maintenance, Repair, Construction Inspection in Building 10 Clinical Center Complex
Subtask 4.1 Assign the type of Construction Risk Assessment that will be required for maintenance, repair, and construction projects that affect the patients’ Environment of Care (EOC).
Subtask 4.2 – Inspect and report maintenance, repair, and construction for compliance with the Construction Risk Assessment, Interim Life Safety Measures, Occupation Safety and Health Administration guidelines, and NIH guidelines. Ensure that the work in progress complies with these standards and does not impact patient environment of care or wellbeing.
Skills Required:
· Five (5) years experience in project engineering at major hospitals
· Successful experience in multiple Joint Commission surveys
· OSHA 30-hour training
· National Fire Protection Association Standard 101 Life Safety training
· Joint Commission Environment of Care Experience
· Ability to influence change and innovation in a team atmosphere
· Self-starter who requires minimal direct supervision
