The salary range for this role is $26-$30 per hour . The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in this local market in the state of California. Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

Engage in face-to-face, email, and phone communications to endure seamless customer experiences for each and every guest

Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans, warranty information, and returns

Operational Excellence

Navigate front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties, basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising standards

Cross-train in areas such as Care and Cleaning, virtual sales, merchandise transfers, and other vital tasks

Understand the functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in and out of the jewelry shop to ensure customers receive their pieces in a timely manner

Qualifications: Prior customer-facing experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities!

Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays.

High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.

Proficient in basic math and cash handling

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
