Why Harvey Harvey is a secure AI platform for professionals in law, tax, and finance that augments productivity and automates complex workflows. Harvey uses algorithms with reasoning-adept LLMs that have been customized by our expert team of lawyers, engineers and research scientists. We’ve found product market fit and are scaling our team very quickly. Some reasons to join Harvey are:

Exceptional product market fit: We have partnered with the largest law firms and professional service providers in the world like A&O , PwC , and many others.

Strategic investors: Raised over $100 million from strategic investors including Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and the OpenAI Startup Fund.

World-class team: Harvey is hiring the best technical and non-technical talent from places like DeepMind, Google Brain, Stripe, FAIR, Tesla Autopilot, Superhuman, and Glean.

Partnerships: Our engineers and researchers work directly with OpenAI to build the future of generative AI and redefine professional services.

Performance: $0-20M ARR in the last 12 months.

Value: Top of market cash and equity compensation.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to establish our product marketing function. We have incredible product-market fit & demand across a growing set of customer profiles. We need to accelerate our growth by providing clear thought leadership in the market on how our AI products can transform legal and professional services. As an early member of the marketing team, you will shape the content, messaging, positioning, and playbook for how we market to our customer base.

Responsibilities Drive positioning & messaging for whole product lines & customer segments

Hone in on ICPs, gain a deep understanding of our existing products, and help develop new ones

Create compelling content to drive product/revenue traction — this may include pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and persona maps

Collaborate with customers to create compelling case studies and testimonials, and promote these stories across various channels to drive leads and brand trust

Do market research to stay updated on the latest trends in AI, legal, and professional services

Help position Harvey’s brand and products within a competitive legal AI ecosystem

Work closely with the GTM team to deliver product training and support

Collaborate with our Brand team to effectively communicate our professional & tech-forward brand

Collaborate with Product to communicate product features and benefits effectively

Work effectively with our founders and exec team

Gather feedback from strategic customers to inform positioning

Help steer the growth of our product & marketing organization

Qualifications 4-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy

Experience in a B2B / commercial environment

Experience marketing to large Fortune 100 and professional services customers

Eager to move fast & drive impact — you’d rather build an imperfect one-pager quickly that is used by many people and customers than a perfect one that collects dust

Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships.

Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise

Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Founders

Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details

Compensation In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $165,000 and $250,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.

Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
