Seeking an experienced System Analyst to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gather and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need. The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements.
Daily Tasks:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize industry-standard analysis techniques, including data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Collaborate with senior technologists and project managers on key initiatives.

5 to 7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Requirements management and analysis – Understand business process complexity and influence business partner requirements in support of enterprise objectives.
Create compelling business cases – Quickly adapt to changes in business strategy and helps business partners communicate solution value to key stakeholders.
Provide accurate project effort estimates – Recognize the implications of business strategy changes and effectively engages projects stakeholders in the estimation process.
Architecture management – Guide solution options and business partner decision making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture. Identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services and can guide and manage interactions with technology vendors.
Designing for usability – Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user’s perspective. Gain business sponsor commitment for additional resources requirement to ensure usability.
Communication and change leadership – Effectively engage key knowledge workers and business sponsors in change management activities.
Business relationship management – Influence business partner decision making to optimize requirements prioritization. Build long-term relationships between multiple business partners to drive IT strategy engagement.
Design team relationship management – Educate developers on a project’s business context and effectively collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
