Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Litigation Attorney located in San Diego, CA. The Associate Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing motions, and conducting depositions.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience as a licensed attorney
Litigation experience that includes skills involving drafting and arguing motions and conducting depositions
Strong knowledge of California Civil Procedures and legal precedents and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively, both orally and in writing
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
Prior experience working as a litigation attorney is a must
Experience in cannabis and land use law would be beneficial, but not required
