Supply Chain – Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility /
The Certification Manager is responsible for all product certifications as well as due diligence supply chain activities at Hanna. They are responsible for developing and maintaining program standards, evaluating potential new programs and effectively administrating annual audits. In addition, the Certification Manager will be responsible for regular activities such as supply chain mapping and forced labor supply chain audits. The Certification Manager will also assist with Corporate Social Responsibility audits within the supply chain.
Primary Duties (Identified Essential Functions*)
*Responsible for maintaining internal standards, operating procedures, training and communication for Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Global Organic Textile Standard, Global Recycled Standard, Responsible Animal Fibers Standard. Ensure all products labeled with certification adhere to compliance standards.
*Schedules, prepares for and administers annual certification audits. Closes any open non-compliances related to audit activities.
*Develops and maintains a comprehensive supply chain mapping system which identifies the origin region of raw materials, components and finished products. Works with greater CSR and Sourcing team to identify risks and create action plans.
*Conducts quarterly audits and assessments to identify and mitigate the risk of forced labor in the supply chain. Establishes and maintains policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Provides training and guidance to the Product Team as needed.
*Stays up to date with industry news and regulatory requirements related to certifications and laws impacting the apparel industry.
*Assists with Corporate Social Responsibility supplier audits.
Works closely with the Product Team across all functions and is a key point of contact between the Product, Marketing and Site teams.
*Interacts regularly with the supply chain providing direction, training and guidance regarding Hanna requirements.

General Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of industry certifications (Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Global Organic Textile Standard, Global Recycled Standard)
Expertise in supply chain mapping, traceability and auditing.
Excellent understanding of the apparel development and production process required.
Able to analyze technical documents related to certification and industry regulations and create specific actionable applicable processes for Hanna.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change in the fashion industry.
Education & Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Certification in susustainability, supply chain management, auditing or regulatory requirements preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a certification management or sustainability role within the fashion industry

This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
