My client is a leading F&B company, now they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager specializing in Branding to lead the creation and execution of our brand strategy. This role involves managing and elevating the brand through effective brand management, public relations, and various branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of developing and implementing brand strategies that stimulate business growth in both retail and foodservice market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and brand equity.
Oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including understanding consumer aspirations, crafting and adapting the brand story and creative elements, and formulating strategies for brand ambassadors, endorsers, and collaborations.
Create and execute public relations strategies to boost brand visibility and credibility.
Lead the development of branding initiatives such as advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve brand equity and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Global Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, to ensure effective execution of branding initiatives.
Manage branding budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in brand management and public relations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college.
At least 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding for consumer packaged goods, ideally in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG company or a reputable CPG advertising agency, plus over 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
Experience working in multinational corporations with skills in change management within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a positive “CAN-DO” attitude.
