Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event attendees
Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Support promotional and marketing activities during events
Collect and manage customer feedback to improve event experiences
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in event marketing or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
