Data Entry Specialist
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to help customers achieve their business objectives? Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting multiple projects to assist internal teams in the credentialing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product configuration through data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Perform bulk importing via in-application CSV upload tools and manual builds as needed.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively by managing and executing your workload.
Build and refine processes to consistently deliver high-quality work.
Facilitate effective communication by verifying and sharing accurate information among team members.
Identify and escalate potential risks and at-risk projects to supervisors for timely mitigation or resolution.
Must Have Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
Experience in data entry and data manipulation (e.g., moving columns, using VLOOKUP, merging columns).
Self-starter with the ability to independently drive deadlines and tasks forward with minimal guidance.
Effective communicator who proactively identifies and communicates potential risks and concerns.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience.
0-2 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem.
Credentialing experience or knowledge.
Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software is a bonus.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Manipulate data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support product configuration.
Use CSV upload tools and manual builds for bulk importing.
Take ownership of the tactical management and execution of your workload.
Build efficient processes to ensure high-quality output.
Ensure effective communication within the team by verifying and sharing accurate information.
Identify and escalate potential risks and at-risk projects to supervisors for resolution.
