**Job Overview:**

LPL Financial is seeking a strong applicant to join the Financial Solutions department to be part of our Advisor M&A team. The Advisor M&A team is in the process of constantly improving an end-to-end platform for our advisors to access during M&A transactions. The team also has a focus on ongoing development for programs directly supporting Buy-Side and Sell-Side advisors as they seek to grow or monetize their business through M&A. In this role, the Sr. Analyst will support communication management for M&A programs by supporting internal and external awareness efforts, assisting with and working with the team to develop content to support advisors M&A education and industry trends, as well as supporting the M&A team with some daily operational support for back-end operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate program communication strategy for advisors and internal business partners

* Assist with the enhancement of LPLs internal library of acquisition strategy whitepapers and content

* Facilitate a customer feedback approach alongside the teams ongoing M&A program development, including strategic support of M&A portal enhancements

* Further assist the acquisition team in streamlining and developing scalable solutions to service the growing demands for advisor M&A activity

* Become a generalist in small business mergers and acquisitions and strategies

* Support Buy-Side and Sell-Side Advisor M&A Team with daily back-end operations (perform valuations, follow up with clients for deal status updates, support advisor intake conversations)

* Ability to think strategically and provide insights related to the advisor M&A market and overall industry trends

* Be able to present or speak in front of small audiences occasionally
