About the Job The salary range for this position is $215,197 to $240,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What Youll Do
Find and analyze information to determine, recommend and plan a performance improvement initiatives
Design and modify software systems to improve its performance
Prepare and review technical documentation, analyze requirements to determine a reasonability of a design within time and cost contstraints
Develop a software system, testing and validation procedures, and documentation
Support and coordinate engineers in developing a new projects, ensuring that requirements are met
Communicate and collaborate extensively with team and cross-team members regarding a current porjects
Create and participate in a training sessions to share knowledge and educate team members
Participate in a goal creation and execution for the team
Mentor lower level engineers
May telecommute
What Were Looking For Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar quantitative field, or the equivalent number of years experience, or a related field, and 84 months of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Software Engineer-related occupation
