Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: • This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites. • Conduct site evaluations and ensure compliance with building codes. • Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. • Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Ability to travel extensively as required. • Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades. • Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. • Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams. • Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
