Construction Project Manager

We're Hiring a Construction Project Manager in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach & West Palm Beach area.

Collin Builders is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is essential to driving project excellence through quality control, streamlined workflow, and high productivity.

We are a family‑run company operating in the South Florida area, building homes from Jupiter to North Fort Lauderdale. As a rapidly growing firm, we require our team members to wear multiple hats and be willing to take on a variety of responsibilities. Our team is reliable, hardworking, and highly knowledgeable in our field. We are looking for a team member who exemplifies these characteristics as well.

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations and manage detailed scopes of work from start to finish. Your ability to find creative, practical solutions to complex design challenges will be key in ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards. We’re looking for someone with deep knowledge of construction best practices and a strong aptitude for coordination and leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience, preferably in residential construction

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and reading construction plans

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Buildertrend

Experience working across various municipalities and navigating their inspection processes

Ability to coordinate and support audit inspections

Skilled in reviewing truss layouts

Ability to manage site work

Strong accountability and leadership on‑site

Solid technical knowledge of building methods and construction best practices

Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
