WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON The Director of Banking will oversee Qualia's highly-successful Bank Partner Program, while also supporting Qualia's efforts to expand its partnership opportunities with financial institutions. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, you will ensure that our program operations are robust and that our banking relationships are maximized to their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic thinker with a solid track record of driving the successful launch of innovative products, services, or programs in partnership with financial institutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the principal leader of Qualia's Bank Partner Program, consistently playing a hands-on role devising and enacting strategies to advance the program's growth, while ensuring alignment with Qualia's overarching business objectives

Oversee the entire onboarding journey and ongoing operational engagement with Qualia's bank partners, supporting the delivery of seamless technology integration, impeccable client service, and close strategic Go-To-Market collaboration

Cultivate new banking partnerships and the expand scope of existing relationships by identifying opportunities to develop and nurture mutually advantageous relationships

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individual bank partner performance, identifying key optimization opportunities and maintaining consistent, constructive partner engagement to strengthen these critical ongoing relationships

Lead interdepartmental initiatives -- working in close partnership with key leaders and stakeholders within Go-To-Market, Product, Finance, Legal, RevOps -- to increase client adoption and satisfaction, enhance partner collaboration, and boost overall program performance

Advise Qualia's executive team of key banking and fintech trends, providing strategic insights that will help Qualia identify new banking-related opportunities and keep Qualia at the forefront of banking innovation

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH A minimum of 7-10+ years of experience with a background leading strategic partnerships, business development, or strategic finance within the fintech or technology sectors

Experience collaborating closely with financial institutions to successfully launch innovative products, services, or programs

A consistent track record of designing, overseeing, and scaling programs that deliver strong operational performance alongside sustained revenue growth

Demonstrated capacity to provide sound strategic direction, coupled with a consistent eagerness to engage in hands-on project management to ensure that objectives are successfully achieved

Excellent negotiation skills with experience structuring and finalizing complex deals

Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with a broad range of internal teams and external partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities complemented with robust insight into financial market dynamics

Nice to have: MBA, investment banking, and/or management consulting experience
