**Job Title: CRES - Finance Analyst**
**Job location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX**
**Job description:**
Americas CRES Finance Analyst oversees all financial analysis activities, focusing on budget, actual, and forecast for both Opex and Capex for US, Canada and Latam. Works closely with CRES Real Estate, Project and WPS Managers and Finance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with CRES objective, develop robust financial data analytics and reporting for capex and opex expenditures
Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted, actual and forecasted financial data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
2. Business case support
Business case financial options in collaboration with Real Estate, Project Manager, WPS and IT to gather relevant data and assumptions, ensuring accuracy and utilizing CRES tools and processes.
Develop and update financial data analysis to evaluate the business case financial viability and impact of options and commitment for Capex investment and Opex over lease term.
Assists Bcase ppt deck aligned with CRES policies, and analysis of business requirements
3. Seat allocation and CDM maintain:
Develop seat allocation across BU and GBLs working with RE and WPS. Analyze data including space utilization history, approved Bcases. Perform analysis across BUs and GBLs by site by year.
Ensure CDM Seat flow and validation process is utilized working with PM and WPS managers. Update reports to ensure seat counts are accurate for budget forecast and site list report.
4. Add-hoc work:
Update the summary of the headcount monthly report
OnePlan monthly update actual spend, budget and forecast
Facility acquisition data collection, analysis and reporting
Ad hoc work requests and projects from Americas CRES functional leaders
**Required Skills:**
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a managerial capacity
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis and financial reporting tool (Excel)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Details-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving results.
