**Position Summary**
* The Client Service Representative will play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver innovative and cost-effective employer solutions that meet and exceed our clients expectations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs
* Lead open-enrollment communications with insurance carriers
* Assist client HR and benefits personnel with insurance-carrier communications
* Assist client employees with insurance-carrier appeals
**Qualifications**
* Bachelors degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, preferred
* Experience group health insurance and other employee benefits required
* Minimum of one year of insurance client service experience
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Ability to prioritize
* Excellent communication skills
* Active listener with a service orientation (actively seek ways to help people)
* Excellent phone etiquette
* Effective email communication skills
* Skilled with Microsoft Office and client-relationship or agency-management software
* Spanish proficiency, a plus.
