About The Job:

A s a Strategic Business Development Manager focused on Fintech, you will drive the adoption and integration of our fintech cross-border digital payment. This role demands a deep understanding of the financial technology suite, which connects global brands with mobile-savvy consumers worldwide. The successful candidate will manage strategic key accounts, developing multi-stream business cooperation deeply embedded in each partner's ecosystem.

Responsibilities: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in major accounts, leveraging digital payment and digitalization technology solutions.

Manage comprehensive, long-term relationships with each partner, aiming to embed fintech solutions across various business streams.

Navigate and coordinate across multiple digital platforms and services offered by the company to enhance partner businesses, including mobile payments, e-wallet applications, and cross-border payment functionalities.

Develop tailored proposals that align with partner needs and company’s strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration and maximized value from each partnership.

Stay updated with global e-commerce and payment trends to anticipate shifts in the market and adapt strategies promptly and effectively.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, ideally within the fintech, banking, or digital payment sectors.

Proven track record of developing and sustaining high-level strategic partnerships, with experience managing significant accounts and navigating complex negotiations. In-depth knowledge of global digital payment ecosystems.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to harness insights to drive business decisions and partner satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives and decision-makers.

Adaptability and innovation, with a proven ability to work in dynamic, multicultural business environments and rapidly evolving markets.

Willingness to travel as required to meet strategic goals and support partner relationships effectively.
