The Role
Reporting into VP, Digital Enablement, the Mobile App team, within the broader Digital Product Management organization, will work to create a unique, truly differentiated and an elevated experience for the App channel serving our North American customers, jewelry consultants and virtual jewelry experts, while working closely with x-functional partners in CX, Technology, XD, Operations, and other key strategic stakeholders.
The Responsibilities
Define how the Mobile App channel aligns with the overall business and digital strategy, what guest and business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required
Define the product vision, strategy and a 3 - 24-month roadmap for the Mobile App channel serving North American customers
Define the business case, iterative investment requirements & return on investment for the Mobile Apps
For the Mobile App, you’ll own the Native App (iOS and Android) frameworks, it’s Design Systems/Common UI Components, adherence to WCAG compliance, Login/Authentication experience, Navigation, Customer Account Management, Home screen redesign, and end-to-end experience in partnership with other domains
Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, guest feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet guest expectations and needs
Monitor and identify customer and stakeholder needs, while staying current on industry standards and trends, and responding by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
The Requirements
8+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering native customer-facing Mobile Apps, preferably from ground-up
6+ years of leadership experience and ability to lead through direct reports, dotted line relationships and cross functional collaboration across multiple disciplines
Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment with specific focus and experience with Mobile Apps
Experience with digital technologies, eCommerce (retail or wholesale), payments, services or subscription-based businesses
Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, and relentless execution

The salary range for this opportunity is $140,500 - $180,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
