The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour.
You must have have a valid driver's license and a HS diploma/GED to be considered for this position. Some experience with the IDD population is preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Responsibilities Some experience with the IDD population is preferred but not required.
Responsible for fulfilling Life's WORC core values, and ensuring for person-centered approach to Customized Employment.
Teach soft skills and appropriate workplace behaviors to individuals supported.
Provide transportation to individuals participating in the community based prevocational program.
Assist individuals acclimate to the workforce, and identify strategies to help each individual prepare for future employment.
Serve as liaison between business partners, individual, family and agency, while maintaining professional, positive relationship with partners.
Complete daily case notes and monthly summary notes
Ensure regulatory compliance and agency policy and procedures with regard to incident reporting.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
