DOGPOUND Client Services Associate
THE FACE AND FRONTLINE OF DOGPOUND: the ultimate DOGPOUND Brand Ambassador, you are the first client experience and point of contact for DOGPOUND. Energetic, charismatic, authentic, thrives on a community, and works well in a team / family environment. Experienced, with an eagerness to grow and learn more.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Must possess a high level of technological proficiency: all Apple OS and Google Drive platforms; MINDBODY experience is highly desired.
Exceptionalverbal/written communication; can construct professional, informative, well-written correspondence to be viewed by clients, staff, and management.
Team Player:You will be coordinating efforts between different levels of the internal DOGPOUND structure, and it is
important, that you are able to work well alongside others. Smashes time management skills, with an organized, efficient, and reliable approach; CSA will be in charge of everything schedule-related.
Comfortable working with “VIP” clients; DOGPOUND treats our clients interactions with the utmost discretion, working under the guidelines of NDA (non-disclosure agreements).
Dominates in multi-tasking with attentive, professional conduct; has the capacity to function efficiently in a high energy environment.
Possesses the qualities to maintain a positive relationship with both prospective and current DOGPOUND family.
Expected to have the flexibility to work some holiday/weekend/early morning and late evenings.
Education and Experience: High School diploma/GED required.
Higher education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc) preferred but not required.
CPR/AED certification a plus (may be acquired through DOGPOUND continuing education program).
Customer service/sales experience required (particularly in luxury/high-end settings) preferred (not required) for the right candidate; CSA must be able to showcase knowledge of DOGPOUND brand, products, and services to all future and current clients.
