We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech. You will help build the strategy and vision for a team focused on new AI features, and you will develop and look after our AI roadmap.
Key job responsibilities
A successful candidate will be customer-obsessed and highly analytical, being able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, show perseverance and steadfastness, love thinking about new products and technologies, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the definition, design and construction of features that delight consumers and compel them to engage despite an abundance of alternatives
Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Work closely and collaboratively with design and product teams from partner organizations
Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
