Our **Customer Service Representative** serves as the primary customer contact and delivers Stellar customer care through **accurate order entry**, **problem resolution** and **organizational support**. Responsible for **maintaining customer accounts;** **coordinates communication between the customer**, **Sales team**, **Supply Chain team** and other internal staff, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Primary Job Responsibilities:**
* Confirm customers' weekly orders
* Provide price quotes
* Promote new and existing products to customers
* Resolve customer issues
* Maintain customer accounts
* Coordinate communication between the customer, Sales Team, and other internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* May also perform other administrative duties such as invoicing, processing credit card orders, obtaining proof of delivery, sorting and distributing incoming mail, reviewing and preparing outgoing mail and filing invoices.
**Position Requirements:**
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a non-retail customer service environment.
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience in a business to business account support and distribution role strongly preferred.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to identify the needs and preferences of assigned customers and to coordinate with internal support functions to meet customer needs.
* Ability to successfully research and resolve customer issues in an accurate, thorough and timely matter with minimal assistance.
* Ability to travel for training and relationship-building (10%).
