**Job Description**

The Risk Technology Program Oversight Analyst is part of U.S. Bank’s Risk Management and Compliance Business Line Risk team. The analyst will have an exciting opportunity to be part of growing team that is responsible for ensuring the implementation of new technology programs as well as the identification of gaps within processes and activities in existing risk programs. Risk programs include but are not limited to: Systems and Digital Risk, Enterprise Resiliency and Technology Policy. The analyst will partner with the business line and second line of defense partners to recommend and influence solutions that mitigate risks. The Analyst is responsible for strong project management and effective verbal communication of results to respective leaders, including well written reports and for responding to and/or escalating significant risks as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically more than five years of applicable experience in an applicable risk management environment

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Knowledge of technology, systems, cyber, and information security risks as well as industry trends that impact Bank operations.

- Understanding of the business line’s operations, products, services, systems, and associated risks.

- Business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address risks.

- Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.

- Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

_**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**_

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00
