Responsibilities
The role requires a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple senior stakeholder requirements while enabling the accelerated growth aspirations for the business in a highly competitive market environment. Communication : Executive presence and ability to clearly communicate financial impact to leadership teams to drive high-impact decisions in a timely and effective manner
Controls, compliance and process improvement : Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with company policies. Ensure adequate internal controls are in place, but continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration
Collaborate with manager to identify high impact projects that will drive business success and align to your personal development goals.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
