Head of Luxury - Americas

Job Description

Pay Range: 190k-224k

Principal Accountabilities

+ Actively develop business strategy and establish a team of experts, drive profitable growth by leveraging industry knowledge and applying business acumen to develop new ideas and initiatives with a view to positively impact financial results.

+ Identify growth opportunities in the Luxury Market and work with the teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Caribbean etc. on how to best deliver the business plan.

+ Establish standards and measurement criteria/indicators of operational performance across the region.

+ Identify opportunities in order to deliver individually tailored business solutions and products to our customers that expand our reach within the business

+ Provide quality customer service by developing, managing, and maintaining customer relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.

+ Assisting in the resolution of operational issues, and gather customer feedback (on both failed and successful bids) for continuous improvement and development.

+ Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business; identify new business opportunities with existing major customers to increase profitability; develop new customer accounts to increase company market share and revenue; recommend improvements to existing products and identify new products/services.

+ Perform due diligence (with the assistance of others on new business customers to ensure clients are viable to engage in a business relationship with the company

+ Prepare the Budgets and Capital Expenditure plans for the Region

+ Prepare competitive sales quotes (including RFQ’s, Tender etc) for existing and new clients to meet customer requirements while achieving desired margins; maintain customer contracts and quotes to ensure pricing is reflective of current market conditions

+ Lead by example and champion the values and behaviours of the organization to promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and trust

Knowledge & Experience

+ And or a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field/10+ years of sales experience

+ 5+ years of management experience leading teams

+ Strong commercial awareness; with good knowledge of business, management, and financial principles and practices
