Ansell is looking for Manager, Marketing Communications to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

The Manager Content Strategy is responsible for working with marketers and the Creative Studio team to develop content for Ansell social channels, Ansell.com, e-mail nurture streams and other marketing activities.The incumbent is responsible for the global governance of our social media channels, and manages 1-2 direct reports including the Sr Specialist Social Media - who develops a global social media content calendar, measures performance, optimizes posts based results, and shares best practices across regions.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to theManager, Marketing Communications you will have the opportunity to:

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure the alignment of content strategy with overall business objectives and market needs.

* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital communication, utilizing this knowledge to continuously enhance Ansell's content strategy and execution.

* Work closely with the global digital team and stakeholders to continually enhance and refresh Ansell's corporate content on Ansell.com.

* Provide support to the digital marketing team in shaping the user experience (UX) for Ansell.com and associated digital touchpoints.

* Supervise the Senior Specialist Social Media, overseeing the crafting and execution of social media posts across all Ansell Corporate channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

* Drive a data-driven approach to corporate social messaging, analyzing effectiveness and offering guidance to regions for optimization.

* Ensure the regular update and dissemination of the Ansell Social Media Playbook, ensuring alignment and proficiency across all stakeholders.

* Collaborate in the development of email nurture streams, working with regional marketing to plan, map, and create content, including text and graphics, for Marketo email journeys.

* Provide strategic guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of content personalization strategies across various digital platforms.

* Conduct regular content audits and performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of Ansell's content strategy and identify areas for improvement.

What will you bring to Ansell?

* Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing/ Communications/ Content strategy

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

* Proven experience in content strategy development and implementation

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including audience segmentation, content mapping, and content optimization

* Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive content strategy decisions and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives
