OVERVIEW
The Transport Driver is responsible for the loading, delivery, and unloading of fuel, propane, grain, fertilizer, feed ingredients, and/or various other products for Premier Energy to customers, and vendor facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and delivery of specified products, verify loads for accuracy and deliver them as instructed by dispater
Responsible for the maintenance and clean appearance of all assigned vehicles and equipment
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Maintain timely, accurate records on sales, inventories and log books
Always maintain safety standards
Maintain daily communications with his/her dispatcher
Handles customer complaints and questions, monitors, and follows up until final resolution
Look for opportunities to sell additional products and services
Operate within the standards set by USDOT and FMCSR

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Knowledge of basic commercial truck maintenance
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals
Ability to follow established processes
Basic knowledge of computers and basic software
Ability to manage time effectively
Education: High school degree or equivalent
CDL license with the appropriate endorsements
Physical Requirements: Able to reach, pull and lift 50+ lbs
Able to handle repetitive lift and pull motion
Able to read documents with fine print
Able to hear effectively on the phone
