SUMMARY:

Our Team of friendly and energetic Customer Service Representatives proudly sustain a professional relationship with our Client, providing order inquiry and processing assistance with restaurant managers, and coordinating accurate product information dissemination and delivery reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a service-focused associate who is able to incorporate initiative with excellent problem-solving skills to provide first call research and resolution for Customer orders, concerns and requests.

The CSR is a detail-oriented individual, responsible for applying a working knowledge of company processes, procedures and products to effect accurate order management from order entry to delivery.

CSRs are able to initiate concise communication with various levels of the Client Organization through telephone, email and computer-based messaging, and to maintain open dialogue with customers to ensure immediate issue discernment, reporting and correction of service deficiencies.

CSRs serve as a hub among departments to process, monitor and maintain applicable records, paperwork, and action forms.

CSRs process the Daily Order Schedule through proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and developed proficiency in Proprietary Software

CSRs accurately calculate credit amounts and invoice adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or

ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING :

High School education or equivalent.

Experience in a call-center environment of at least 24 months with keyboarding skills, and the ability to learn software for data entry and report usage.

Knowledge of computerized order processing is preferred.

Bi-lingual required in Spanish/English.

Logistics/distribution experience preferred.

McDonalds work experience is preferred.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with some experience and Outlook to intermediate level.

Must be able to complete basic mathematic calculations including addition, subtraction, division (manually) and with Excel spreadsheet applications.

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:

Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish with correct grammar and vocabulary in oral and written form with employees and customers.

Must be able to maintain clear direction and use professional language.

Must have the ability to type emails with professionalism and precise information.

PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS:

Able to solve customer concerns by recommending the most beneficial resolution (customer and Mile Hi) though that solution may not be the customers preference.

The individual must be able to utilize the established protocol of solutions while maintaining positive customer relations and handling calls within established timelines.

PHYSICAL NEEDS:

While performing the duties of this job employee must be able to climb stairs, the employee will sit for extended amount of time, frequently keys data to spreadsheets using a keyboard.

The individual must be able to speak and hear via headset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is an office job with a moderate work environment. Characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Hours:

Monday Wednesday: 6am 4:30pm & Friday Saturday OR Friday & Sunday (applicants choice): 9am 2pm

PAY:

$20.00/hr
