Qualifications Required
Hold a Master's degree or higher
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
Maintain a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities
Select appropriate assessments for learners using available resources
Administer various assessments
Develop comprehensive reports
Provide behavioral skills training to direct care staff
Train and supervise behavior technicians
Develop individualized programming based on client needs
Qualifications
Master's degree preferred in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
Strong adherence to ethical codes, HIPAA practices, and company policies
Physical ability to move and lift items
