We are now hiring for multiple Bilingual Japanese positions! Please only submit your resume if you have experience in the following fields:
Customer Service
o Inbound / Outbound Calls to local vendors / guides
o Must have strong communication skills
o Following up with tour arrangements before and after tour final
Travel Industry
o Dealing with offices in Japan and other local / land operators to coordinate travel arrangements
o Experience with coordination of larger groups of travel
o Overtime hours often required for this role
Reservations
o Dealing with hotels in United States to check rates and availability
o Taking payments in advance to ensure hotel reservation
o Customer Service
o Answering / transferring phone calls
For all of the positions listed above, fluency in the Japanese language (reading, speaking and writing) is MANDATORY.
