**Position Profile**

The Front Desk Coordinator provides administrative support at the highest level to ensure the needs of internal staff and external clients are met. The Front Desk Coordinator is a friendly and organized professional responsible for efficiently answering and distributing incoming calls and greeting vendors, clients and other visitors. Other administrative duties include but are not limited to scanning, filing, database maintenance, coordinating shipping and courier services, and communicating with building management.

**Education and Skills**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 1-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience

* Punctuality and dependability are required

* Strong customer service skills are essential

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction

* Professional appearance and manner

* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Seasonal overtime may be required
