Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

2 years - full time experience practicing as a registered nurse in a Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical Unit, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility.

1 year - Recent, hands-on technical clinical experience (occurring within the last three years) in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management.

Recent hands-on experience in wound care, venipuncture, ostomy, catheters, and feeding tubes.

Rehab nursing experience.

Experience working with an EMR system.

Experience with office software programs including Outlook, Word, and/or Excel.
